We service the Renewable BioSystem's oil extraction machines by providing high-quality prompt service by our own trained technicians. Since the RBL system contains highly proprietary, complex technology, it is important that only RBL technicians service this equipment. Our maintenance contract includes both service and parts.

The RBL oil extraction machines are sold as continuous processing equipment. Therefore it is of paramount importance that uptime be maximized. The key to uptime maximization is proper maintenance, preventative maintenance, and fast response to breakdowns or system failures. Our service plan dispatches technicians to jobsites without delay.

Our maintenace program includes both parts and maintenance.

We will ensure 97% uptime.

At each jobsite critical spare parts inventory will be maintained.

Even the best trained and most experienced service technicians will from time to time need to have additional higher-level engineering support. RBL's engineers based in New Jersey will support all field technicians.

We have a call center where our customers' operators and technicians can call for support and help. RBL's staff has many years of experience providing such support utilizing telemetric machinery monitoring. Our engineers connect remotely to the control system in the separation machine and utilize available data to troubleshoot and work with the field operator or field technician to quickly identify and resolve any issues.

Optional Sale of Oil and Operations by RBL

RBL can be separately contracted to:

• Provide the sales function for the oil produced by our customers' oil extraction machines
• Provide a full operations function
